Pay stubs - copies of most recent (for 30 day period)
W-2's - copies of most recent (for 2 year period)
Tax returns - Federal Tax Returns for previous 2 years and all schedules (including K-1) if you are:
- Self-employed current year-to-date Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet
- Ownership in a corporation or partnership (K-1 's)
- All or part of your income is derived from bonuses, commission, partnership, trust income, or rental income
- A tradesman
Bank statements - copies of 3 most recent monthly statements for all checking, savings, CD's or investment accounts & an explaination of any recent large deposits
Copy of Purchase Sales Contract

- Copy of Warranty Deed
- Copy of Title Insurance Policy
- Copy of Homeowner's and Flood Insurance Policy
- Copy of Survey of Property
- Copy of Mortgage Payment Coupon
